UKREiiF 2025

A delegation from the Torbay Place Leadership Board and Torbay Council looking to collaborate and attract more private sector investment by showcasing a range of assets and opportunities.

Between 20-22 May 2025 the Torbay Story team will be heading to Leeds to join 16,000 industry professionals at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF).

This will be the third year the public/private party has attended UKREiiF, with its presence strengthening year on year.

At this year’s UKREiiF, Torbay’s regeneration partnership will be launching its Investment Prospectus, with the aim of bringing new partners to the bay to be part of Torbay’s ambitious transformational journey, which is supported by £130million of public sector funding. Significant progress is already underway in Torbay, with plans moving forward for a range of multi-million-pound projects in Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.

The team attending UKREiiF through panels, roundtable discussions and their stand D52 in New Dock Hall will be telling the story of how, collaborative working between the public and private sector can drive sustainable growth in coastal regions, and the success already being witnessed in Torbay. In addition, the team will be formally launching the Torbay Investment Prospectus, which highlights the opportunities available across the area.

Torbay will also be supporting the Great South West, the pan-regional partnership for Cornwall & Isles of Scilly, Devon, Dorset and Somerset. Through the Great South West Pavilion an interactive and insightful programme will showcase the region’s major investable projects, including details of forthcoming housing projects and new residential investment opportunities.
